What is involved in getting set up on ReachWell, and how long does it take?
Getting set up on ReachWell is a guided process that the ReachWell team runs with your organization. Your team is live in two meetings. In the first meeting the onboarding team listens and works with you to configure your ReachWell platform, import or sync contacts and send your first internal message. In the second meeting your team begins sending templated designed messages as translated SMS, email, call, web and app messages. The ReachWell team provides translated web forms, handouts and QR codes that residents scan to get the ReachWell app, and helps you recruit your community partners. The team stays with you through your first campaigns until sending in every language is routine for your staff.
What support does ReachWell provide after launch?
After launch, the ReachWell team stays involved with your agency. When your staff has a question, a real person on the team typically responds within a few hours. When an issue needs more than a quick answer, ReachWell will set up a Zoom meeting with your staff to get it resolved right away. ReachWell takes tremendous pride in its customer support and in being hands-on with its customers.
Who owns our data, and can we export it if we leave ReachWell?
Under ReachWell’s terms, your agency owns and controls its data, including its contacts, message content, recipient lists, files, and forms. ReachWell processes your data solely to run the service and does not sell, rent, trade, or market to your contacts. You can export your data as CSV files at any time. You can also export reports in formats such as PDF and HTML.
